Award criteria

Price, Quality, Climate and environment

How the award is decided

<>Under this criteria, the offered price will be assessed based on the completed price form.

, <>Under this criteria, responses will be assessed by requirement specifications.

, The contracting authority has assessed that climate and environmental requirements in the requirement specifications will provide better climate and environmental effect than weighting climate and environment as the award criterion by 30 percent. The pharmaceutical market is largely regulated and the product composition, production and distribution provide limited room for competition on environmental qualities during the tender evaluation. The contracting authority has therefore chosen to set concrete and binding climate and environmental requirements that must be met by all suppliers and products included in the contract. This ensures a specific environmental level for the entire agreement volume, rather than the environment only affecting the ranking between tenders. The contracting authority therefore considers that the requirement specifications give a better climate and environmental effect than an award criterion.
