Pod rokom podrške smatra se razdoblje korisničke podrške nakon primopredaje sustava – Help Desk usluga. Minimalni rok podrške nakon primopredaje sustava – Help Desk usluga iznosi 3 mjeseca. Ponuditelj može ponuditi duži rok korisničke podrške u kojem slučaju će mu se dodijeliti dodatni bodovi. Maksimalan broj bodova koje ponuditelj može ostvariti po ovom kriteriju je 10 bodova.
